I am a Residential Designer, Drafter, 3d modeler & 3d Illustrator. I specialize in the use of 3d design and illustration throughout the home design process and utilize cad technology for generating construction documents.
I have been working in the Design/Build industry for over 20 years and I can honestly say that I am still excited to see what tomorrow looks like.
Experience:
I have a unique combination of skills due to my background which includes hands-on construction experience, formal architectural education, drafting/design work experience, and personal exploration of software & technology.
I have found a personal interest (maybe even a passion) in the Architectural Visualization process. I have spent a great deal of time developing my modeling & illustration skills. I love to be able to bring an idea to life & show clients a realistic & artistic representation of what they can expect based on the current design. It also resonates with my real world construction base in that modeling a project is as close as one can get to building without actually bending nails.
The services that I offer are adaptable to your needs. I am happy to work as a designer directly for homeowners throughout the entire process, or as part of a team in a 3d modeling / illustration role. I am available to work on projects from simple decks or additions to elaborate custom homes.
